I have to tell you how thoroughly impressed I was with the band! You know that I see many weddings with DJ’s and with bands and that I have the opportunity to really see how they impact how much fun the guests are having. I have to say that even though I was already expecting a great performance, I was still very impressed with the Grand Avenue Band’s style! They sound great on the video and on the CD, but the real performance was beyond my expectations. They felt out the crowd, as promised in the first session, and they definitely kept the guests dancing all night long. I am still getting complements from our family, friends, and coworkers. My mother-in-law was a true wedding band skeptic and was upset that we did not book a DJ. She told me the day after the wedding that she was wrong and that the Grand Avenue Band was absolutely wonderful and that they really made the whole event…praise hard earned. As I said Joe & I are still receiving complements of the Grand Avenue Band and so are our parents. I actually just gave your contact information to Joe’s mom yesterday. Her friend, who was at the wedding reception, requested it for her daughter who is getting married next year!
